CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be crazy!  However, last minute cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled.  Being a commission based industry, we don't get paid for that time.   Because of the high volume of occurrences, we now require a nonrefundable deposit for all color services for guests that have had last minute cancellations or no shows.

 

You will receive a confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment.  You can reply 'Yes' to confirm.  You can also reply with 'reschedule' or 'no', and someone will call to change your appointment.  If we don't hear back from you, we will give you a call.   If you have had previous no shows and you don't confirm, we will assume you can't make it and will open the schedule to other guests.

LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may be subject to a change in stylist or may be subject to reschedule.

UNATTENDED CHILDREN

As a courtesy to all guests, no unattended children will be allowed in the salon. Any child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an additional adult who is not receiving services.
